Ingredients
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup poppy seeds
½ cup minced onion
½ cup flax seed
½ cup quinoa
½ cup chia seeds
¼ cup minced garlic
¼ cup fennel seeds
¼ cup caraway seeds
¼ cup sea salt
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Store in a tightly sealed container until ready to use
