Charcuterie Cones

August 22, 2013 By Angie Trusty

1 4 ounce package sliced salami (about 20 slices)
20 arugula leaves
4 ounces cream cheese
2 cups giardiniera diced

Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese on each slice of salami. Top with arugula leaf and heaping tablespoon full of giardiniera. Place majority of the giardiniera in the upper middle of the salami and taper towards the bottom (this makes it easier to roll in a cone shape). Roll the salami in a cone shape and secure with a toothpick. Refrigerate for ½ hour.

Makes 20 appetizer pieces.
