Pimento Cheese
I love pimento cheese spread on crackers, stuffed in celery, spread between two slices of bread then grilled and slathered on top of a burger.
Ingredients:
16 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 ½ cups mayonnaise 1 4 ounce jar pimentos, drained and chopped 1 teaspoon Worcestershire 1 teaspoon grated onion 1 tablespoon Siracha hot sauce ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
