Taco Seasoning

Taco Seasoning

Makes 5 tablespoons

 

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 tablespoon ground cumin

2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon ground coriander

½ teaspoon cayenne

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

 

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  Store in an airtight container until ready to use.

 

Use 2 tablespoons mixture to every 1 pound of ground beef.
